Many MFA Oil employees have a Cisco phone at their desk, yet are probably unaware that these phones have a self-care web portal for managing the phone’s features.
Have a 10-digit phone number that you dial often? Create a speed dial code to call this number automatically. Want to forward your desk phone or adjust your voicemail settings while you are out of town? You can adjust these setting from anywhere with an internet connection. These are just a few examples of the features available for these phones.
To access the web portal, simply enter your MFA Oil Windows credentials at https://cm1.mfaoil.com/ucmuser/. It’s important to note this is an internal website, meaning you need to be at one of our office locations with a connection to the MFA Oil network to access it. Alternately, you can reach the site remotely by establishing a VPN connection through the Cisco AnyConnect program by connecting to https://secure.mfaoil.com. Once a VPN session has been secured, you can use the Okta app named UC Self Care Portal or go to the web portal mentioned above.
