Say goodbye to the days of tank leases being billed every June. Moving forward, the company plans to bill customers for tank payments on the anniversary of their lease agreement. The new policy was implemented on Oct. 1, 2017.
“We will now be billing customers for their tank rent in the month the customer signed the lease,” says Veronica Bullock, fixed assets supervisor. “This should help minimize customer confusion that was caused by prorating their bill when they sign the lease. It will also make the transition with acquisition customers smoother, as many of the companies we have recently acquired use the anniversary date for tank rate billing purposes.”
