On January 5, Jenny Daggett, district manager, announced the formation of a new team of senior operations specialists. The team will consist of Danielle Dabbs, Sarah Hoenshell, Jana Lown, Chris Threlkeld, Cheri Voss and Spring Walker.
The senior operations specialists will support and enhance customer service throughout their assigned regions. The specialists will assess training needs, identify and develop resources, deliver training, and support communications and implementation of new BPLP initiatives.
“These employees have been instrumental in the training and conversion of our BPLP operations moving into EnergyForce,” Daggett says. “They assist the field and field support with daily processing, system/customer setup, identifying and resolving issues within the system, and enhancing the program for the future.”
