Two long-tenured MFA Oil employees have been named as regional vice presidents of MFA Oil operations. Tom Procter and Will Reniker will manage all aspects of BPLP operations in their respective regions, under the direction of Kenny Steeves, senior vice president of MFA Oil operations.
The company’s eight BPLP operations districts have been divided evenly between the two new regional vice presidents. Procter will oversee the Western Region, including the Northwest, Central, Southwest and Oklahoma Districts, while Reniker will manage the Eastern Region, which is made up of the Northeast, Southeast, Arkansas and Ohio Valley Districts.
In addition to managing regional operations, Procter and Reniker will assist Steeves in ensuring the company’s strategic imperatives of putting customers first, taking care of employees and making it easier to do business with the cooperative are met.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Tom in many different roles within the cooperative, and I look forward to seeing him bring his tenacious attitude and drive to this new role,” Steeves says. “Will has a proven track record of performance across many divisions of the company and I look forward to the fresh perspective he will bring to the position.”
Procter joined MFA Oil in April 2010 and brings a combined 25 years of experience to his new position, including 10 years at Ferrellgas and two at an independent propane retailer. Within MFA Oil, he has served as a training agent, a propane plant manager for California, Sedalia and Otterville, a business development manager, and a director in several areas, including service, safety and maintenance. Procter has also held leadership positions with the Missouri Propane Education & Research Council, including serving as its chairman.

Reniker has held various positions during his 18-year tenure with the company, including senior director of sales and marketing, in which he also oversaw APM operations. Prior to that, he served as director of distribution and procurement and was responsible for all planning and operational aspects of the Moberly Business Support Campus, including the truck shop, warehouse operations, research laboratory and the call center. Reniker has also worked as a BPLP training agent and began his career at MFA Oil with Jiffy Lube.
Procter and Reniker will assist Steeves in communicating with delegates, engaging with the MFA Oil Board of Directors, and public speaking opportunities throughout the company’s eight-state trade territory.
Congratulations to Procter and Reniker on their promotions.
