The annual open enrollment period for the company’s benefit plan is nearly halfway through. This year’s period began on Monday, Oct. 29 and will continue through Friday, Nov. 9. This is your annual opportunity to enroll in new benefit plans or make changes to your existing coverage.

If you do not plan to change your health benefit elections, no action will be required on your part. Your 2018 election benefits will remain in effect in the new year with the exception of any Flexible Spending Account (FSA), which you must re-enroll in on an annual basis. If you wish to continue or begin a Healthcare or Dependent Care FSA in 2019, you must enroll now.

Open enrollment packets, which include details about MFA Oil’s benefit plans, were mailed to all eligible employees during the latter half of October.
