On March 7, Zach Studer was promoted to senior manager of distribution, procurement and quality control. He now oversees all operations at the Moberly Business Support Campus, including the warehouse, truck service shop, laboratory, call center, procurement and distribution.
Studer began his career with MFA Oil in 2004 in the company’s Jiffy Lube division. He worked his way up to become a Jiffy Lube area manager before moving to the laboratory in 2009, where he most recently served as senior technical support specialist.
“Zach’s experience and training in our lab the past 12 years has given him a deep knowledge of our products and he knows how integral our Moberly operations are to our field employees’ success,” says James Greer, vice president of supply and transportation. “His understanding and modeling of our culture and the MFA Oil Way make him an excellent choice to lead our team in Moberly.”
Studer is in the process of finding and hiring a laboratory technician to log and process fuel and oil samples sent in by customers. He will train the new lab tech to interpret test results and use that information to make informed product recommendations.
“I look forward to passing on the incredible wealth of knowledge and commitment to excellence that Don North, my former supervisor, instilled in me,” Studer says.
