MFA Oil announces the promotions of Sarah Fuehring and Chris Threlkeld to the position of senior customer service representative (CSR). The senior CSR position was recently established to provide support and training to other BP/LP employees within their respective regions.
“In order to make the transition to New Dawn a smooth one, we’ve created the senior CSR positions to help train our field employees,” says Kenny Steeves, vice president of bulk and propane plant operations. “The senior CSRs will work with our E-1 consultants to support regional user groups, assist us with testing the new sales order module and troubleshoot potential issues.”
Prior to her promotion, Fuehring has worked as a CSR at MFA Oil’s Marshall plant since August 2013. Threlkeld has been with MFA Oil since February 1998, working as a CSR in Paris and now Mexico.

“Sarah was instrumental in preparing the north central district for New Dawn’s second phase and we will be counting on her to help us with the next round of implementation,” says Michael Whitney, district manager for north central and northwest Missouri. “She is a team player with a true desire to train and equip others to be successful.”
“Chris is a dedicated team member, who is highly organized and really knows her stuff,” says Barry Oden, manager of the east central and northeast Missouri districts. “She is very astute in all aspects of customer service and I’m confident her experience and skills will help others better grasp the New Dawn systems we will soon be rolling out.”
MFA Oil congratulates Fuehring and Threlkeld on their new positions and looks forward to the contributions they will make in these new roles. Additional senior CSRs will be announced in other districts as the positions are filled.
