The days of relying on a spreadsheet or phonebook to track down contact information for coworkers may be coming to an end.
A new, enhanced company directory is now available to all employees at https://orgchart.mfaoilconnect.com/, via MFA Oil Connect and as a chiclet on the Okta dashboard.
The new MFA Oil Directory has several helpful features. The listings include full names, job titles, business units and/or departments, email addresses, phone numbers as well as photos (when available). Employees are organized in the directory according to their unit’s or department’s reporting structure. Users can search the directory by name or department to find information easily and quickly.
All information in the directory flows directly from EnterpriseOne (E1) and is refreshed daily for regular updates. Employees can update their desk phone number, cell phone number and preferred first name through the Employee Self Service tab in E1. The Human Resources Department is also available to help employees update their information in the system if needed.
If you do not have a photo in the directory and you would like to add one, follow these steps:
- Ensure your attire for the photo meets the company dress code.
- Have someone take a head-and-shoulders photo of you.
- Send your name, employee number and the photo to [email protected].
