New Break Time System Updates to Roll Out

Break Time will soon have a more efficient and easier way to process store data. New system updates to PDI Workforce, a C-store management software system, are currently being implemented at all Break Time locations in the form of handheld scanners.

The handheld scanners will have the capability to automatically store received product/vendor delivery data and generate invoices for the home office.

“Everything entered into the system will be more accurately recorded in a more efficient way,” says Jennifer Bach, Break Time marketing and merchandising director.

 In addition to streamlining data entry, the new handheld scanners will allow for Break Time stores to print tags on site to reflect product price changes more quickly.

“Enabling Break Time stores to print their own price tags will allow us to maximize our profit margin,” says Bach.
