MFA Oil is pleased to announce the promotions of Jesse Burg, Scott Davis and Matt Stankey.
Jesse Burg, Senior Dealer Manager
As APM senior dealer manager, Burg is responsible for management, oversight and coordination of APM’s distribution network. He will manage all employees and consultants, control patronage LLC relationships and coordinate with dealers and employees to facilitate all branded and unbranded programs. Previously, Burg had served as operations manager for Jiffy Lube. He joined MFA Oil in 2005 working in one of the company’s Jiffy Lube stores. He left the company in 2008 to manage a Jiffy Lube store for Lubricar in New Mexico and returned to MFA Oil in 2010, where he continued to work in Jiffy Lube store management and district management.
“Jesse’s retail sales experience provides him with excellent understanding of what c-store owners demand from their fuel marketer,” says Jon Ihler, vice president of sales and marketing. “His growth strategy coupled with our persistent sales efforts will take our dealer division to the next level.”
Scott Davis, Systems Administrator
Davis began his career with MFA Oil in October 2012 at the Home Office as a pc technician in the network operations department where he quickly grew into a valuable member of that team. In August of 2014, Davis was promoted to systems administrator where his skills and leadership over the infrastructure continued to flourish.
“Scott has technology in his blood and a passion for learning new things, his contributions over the last few years have been tremendous,” says Jeremi Rowland, director of information technology.
Matt Stankey, Jiffy Lube Operations Manager
Stankey will serve as operations manager of MFA Oil’s Jiffy Lube division. His new responsibilities include oversight of the eight Jiffy Lube stores owned and operated by MFA Oil, mentoring store managers, tracking sales and customer trends and resolving customer complaints and warranty claims. Stankey joined MFA Oil in 2009 as a Jiffy Lube technician. Prior to his most recent promotion, Stankey progressed through Jiffy Lube management roles, including: assistant manager, store manager and senior store manager.
“Matt has great team building skills and is ready to manage at the next level,” says Ed Harper, vice president of retail automotive. “His stores have always been at top of the leader board.”
