In April, Zach Anderson was promoted to Big O employee operations manager. He will work with Big O employees from across MFA Petroleum’s 36 stores to foster development in their current and future positions.
“Zach brings nearly 15 years of operations experience and excellence to his new role,” says Charlie Alexander, vice president of Big O operations. “He has worked under four different Big O franchise systems, which has given him unique insight into best management practices. That experience has helped him develop the skills he will use to help us build great teams within our Big O operations.”
Anderson began his automotive career as a tire technician before progressing to sales, assistant store manager and store manager positions. He has worked at nine different Big O stores in Colorado and Missouri, including five where he held management responsibilities.
Anderson holds associate degrees in automotive technology and diesel technology from Mesa State College.
“I’m excited to work with our Big O employees,” Anderson says. “I want to help build them up and add value to the organization.”
