On July 9, Scott Parris was promoted to plant manager for Peculiar. Parris has worked for MFA Oil for nearly 20 years and has 30 years of experience in the propane industry. He now reports to Andy Hays, Southwest District Manager.“With Scott’s experience, knowledge and personality, there was no question he has the capability of being a great leader,” Hays says. “I am confident Scott will be successful and take great care of our customers and employees in Peculiar.”
Parris joined MFA Oil in 2004 as a driver before eventually transitioning to a service technician. He has worked in the propane industry since 1993.
In other Southwest District news, Kirk Poyner is leading the Butler plant in addition to Nevada.
