Roger Hudson has been promoted to Break Time senior food service and dispensed beverage manager. Hudson, who was most recently a Break Time senior area supervisor, has been with the company since Nov. 2021.

In his new role, Hudson manages Break Time’s food and poured beverage offerings, the Any Time Eats commissary program, and oversees the company’s food service managers. He reports to Jennifer Bach, vice president of Break Time operations.

Hudson is a food service industry veteran with more than 24 years of experience. Before working for Break Time, he was an area supervisor for KFC for 15 years, an area supervisor for Burger King for 9 years, and briefly managed food and beverage services for a resort at the Lake of the Ozarks.

“We feel very fortunate that we already had a trusted team member with extensive experience in the fast-food industry,” Bach says. “Roger has hit the ground running in this food service role and we know that he will further develop our programs and take them to the next level.”

One area where Hudson will focus his attention is the rollout of breakfast service to 20 stores in 2024. Break Time is in the process of making room for the equipment needed to prepare breakfast items such as sandwiches, toasters, biscuits, and more at targeted stores.

“Where we have the room, we will also add Hunt Brothers pizza for lunch and dinner options,” Hudson says.
