Lorie Klippel, a 25-year employee of the cooperative, is the new IT service desk manager. Klippel was promoted on Nov. 27 and now leads service desk employees involved in retail support and onboarding. She reports to Mitch McCleary, senior IT operations manager, who will continue to oversee service desk analysts and technicians that support Home Office and BPLP operations.
Klippel began her career at MFA Oil as a retail auditor in 1997. She has held various positions during her tenure, such as retail audit supervisor, point of sale coordinator, retail systems administrator and applications support administrator.
“I’ve had the opportunity to work with Lorie in various positions at MFA Oil over the past ten years, and she is awesome,” says McCleary. “I am confident she will ensure that Break Time, Big O Tires, and new employees continue to receive exceptional customer service from her team.”
