Kai-Li Kirschner is stepping into the product distribution manager role following Sandy Jackson’s retirement. Kirschner will now oversee the day-to-day operations of all dispatch regions to ensure products are delivered efficiently and customer service standards are met.

Kirschner has been with the company for over eight years and has worked in the Dispatch Department for the entirety of her tenure with the co-op. Before joining MFA Oil, she worked as a sales support representative for AT&T for nearly two years.

James Greer, senior vice president of supply and transportation, says Kirschner was a natural fit to succeed Jackson.

“Kai-Li has always been a leader and someone who has sought to broaden her knowledge of our dispatch operations,” Greer says. “She will provide a smooth transition to our dispatch team and the work we do to supply our operations.”

Kirchner is appreciative of the training and mentorship Jackson provided to her.

“I am very grateful to have had the last eight years and, more specifically, the last six weeks of training with Sandy,” Kirschner says. “I hope to make her proud.”
