On Dec. 11, Cassie Kimbell took on the new role of credit manager. She now oversees the company’s team of credit analysts.
Kimbell has been with the company for nearly seven years and has held various credit analyst positions, including her most recent position of credit analyst III. Before joining MFA Oil, she worked at U.S. Bank for five years as a teller coordinator.
Amy Thoenen, senior credit and collections manager, says Cassie has earned the trust and respect of her coworkers and customers.
“Cassie is known for her thorough high-quality work, efficiency, responsiveness, and excellent customer service,” Thoenen says. “She has always set a high standard for herself and has done an exceptional job mentoring and training staff in the Credit Department. Additionally, Cassie has played a vital role in process improvements and has made a significant positive impact on the day-to-day operations of the Credit Department, and we are very fortunate she is now a member of our management team.”
