Last week, the Mergers & Acquisitions team closed on the purchase of Ford Oil Company, an independent retailer of propane and refined fuels with offices in Hornersville and Kennett, Mo. These newly acquired offices will be managed by Perry Sample, who also supervises our plants in Steele and Kewanee.
The Hornersville location has a convenience store that will be converted to a Petro-Card 24 fueling station. The conversion will include updating the pumps and equipment at the site.
