MFA Oil Company acquired the propane and refined fuel operations of D&D Oil Company, an independent retailer based in southwest Missouri, on April 27. The agreement includes an office in Wheaton, Mo., a service station that will become a Petro-Card 24, trucks, tanks, employees and customer accounts.
“We are thrilled to welcome the top-notch team of employees from D&D Oil to the MFA Oil family,” says Kenny Steeves, senior vice president of MFA Oil operations. “This acquisition complements our current operations in southwest Missouri very well.”
MFA Oil welcomes the following employees who join the cooperative from D&D Oil:

- Penny Hayward, CSR
- Stanley Hayward, Driver
- Jeff Pettengill, Driver
- Ethan Block, Driver
The company continues to evaluate strategic acquisition opportunities in its existing market areas and other regions where it can expand its footprint.
