Karalee Brown has been named plant manager for the company’s Cuba, Herman, Owensville and Vienna locations. Brown joined MFA Oil as a customer service representative at the Cuba plant 17 years ago and most recently held the title of senior CSR.
“Karalee was selected to manage these plants because she has proven herself to be knowledgeable of company operations, dependable, dedicated to the success of the company and committed to providing great service to our customers,” says Butch Burlbaugh, southeast district manager. “More importantly, she has demonstrated a drive to succeed and to be the best CSR and senior CSR in the company.”
Burlbaugh appreciates Brown’s determination and her willingness to help her co-workers elevate their performance.
“Everything I have asked Karalee to do, she has done well and, in most cases, exceeded my expectations,” Burlbaugh says. “I look forward to seeing her contributions to the company in this new role.”
