Haley Davidson has been selected as the 2021 recipient of the MFA Oil Executive MBA Scholarship. The scholarship is granted through the MFA Oil Foundation to one employee per year in conjunction with the University of Missouri’s Trulaske execMBA program.
Davidson has been with MFA Oil since October 2013. Prior to her current position as senior manager of credit and collections, Davidson held the roles of credit coordinator, area credit supervisor and area credit manager.
“Haley has done a great job of leading the credit team and working across the organization,” says Jeff Raetz, chief financial officer. “She has a ton of potential and a very bright future at MFA Oil.”
Davidson is appreciative of the opportunity to further her education and eager to share what she learns with her coworkers.
“I’m honored to be selected for this scholarship and I look forward to participating in the Trulaske execMBA program,” Davidson says. “This is an exciting opportunity. I plan to take what I learn from the program and use it in the pursuit of our goals at MFA Oil.”
The execMBA program is designed for working professionals and allows for students to complete most of the program online with limited on-campus classwork. The scholarship covers full tuition costs, a laptop, miscellaneous costs associated with the program, and a nine-to-ten-day international trip where students meet with foreign business leaders.
Davidson will join the Trulaske execMBA class of 2023 beginning in August. Prior recipients of the MFA Oil Executive MBA Scholarship Program include Kyle Carroll, BPLP plant manager; Charlie Alexander, senior director of Big O Tires operations; Will Reniker, senior director of sales and marketing; and Jennifer Bach, senior director of Break Time operations.
