Gov. Greitens Recognizes MFA Oil & Others for Wildfire Relief Efforts

During the annual Governor’s Ham Breakfast at the Missouri State Fair on Aug. 17, Gov. Eric Greitens issued an official proclamation acknowledging the support various Missouri agricultural organizations provided to victims of the wildfires that spread across the Great Plains in March 2017.

Greitens thanked MFA Oil, MFA Incorporated, the Missouri Cattlemen’s Association, Missouri Corn Growers Association, Missouri Soybean Association, Missouri Farm Bureau and the hundreds of individual Missourians who rallied to help farmers and ranchers in Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Texas who were affected by the devastating fires.

“The collaborative efforts of these organizations enabled the collection and transport of thousands of bales of hay, bags of milk replacer, and other donated items for farmers and ranchers in need,” Greitens said.
