A new equipment catalog meant to help MFA Oil bulk plant personnel and the business development team better serve customers is coming soon. The catalog will promote the sale of refined fuel and bulk lubricant equipment and supplies.
“The catalog includes everything someone would need to service their fuel tank and bulk lubrication systems such as fuel caps, hoses, gauges, nozzles and pumps,” says Will Reniker, senior warehouse manager.
The catalog will be made available to employees electronically and Reniker views it as a resource to be shared with customers.
“We want to let people know about the types of products we have for resale,” Reniker says. “We hope this knowledge will help to increase the comfort level between the customers and our employees, and ultimately, create more sale opportunities. We will also be working on a strictly internal propane parts catalog over the next year to provide a visual reference list of all the products that will be made available through the distribution warehouse.”
All orders from the catalog will be submitted electronically to the Moberly Business Support Campus for processing and fulfillment.
