A customer recently sent in a note commending Break Time Sales Associate Tina Hill on a job well done after witnessing her interaction with an unhappy customer.

Tina was dealing with a customer who was upset she couldn’t buy tobacco products without identification. She did a great job of calmly explaining the tobacco sales policy and why an ID is required on all tobacco sales. And despite the angry customer’s continued argument, Tina remained composed and soft spoken. The observing customer praised Tina’s patience and the way she handled the challenging circumstances.
