A customer recently sent in a note commending Dennis Schick, BP/LP driver from the Peculiar, Mo. propane plant for his exceptional customer service.
Dennis came out to do a leak inspection for a first-time propane user and took a little extra time to explain how the product worked, when to fill up the tank, where the shut off valves were and how to make sure all appliances are safe to use.
The customer thanked Dennis for sharing his years of wisdom and for educating her about how propane can safely heat her home.
