Plant and district managers from the BPLP division were honored for their FY23 achievements during an awards banquet on Saturday, Oct. 21, at Margaritaville Lake Resort in Osage Beach, Mo.

Kenny Steeves, senior vice president of MFA Oil operations, thanked the BPLP managers and their staff for making the 2023 fiscal year a success.

“I sincerely appreciate all the hard work and dedication you and your teams provide to our cooperative,” Steeves said. “I look forward to keeping our positive momentum going into FY 2024. Remember to keep putting our customers first, being tenacious and leading by example.”

2023 Incentive Contest

One plant manager per district and his/her team were awarded for the highest customer growth from Sept. 1, 2022 through Aug. 31, 2023. To qualify, plant staff had to conduct sales calls that resulted in at least 60 qualified leads for the year. Additionally, plant managers were to ensure that 15 tanks were painted for each driver and service tech employed at their location (including open positions).

The winners received up to $4,000 for a management-approved group dinner or activity, or up to that amount in company apparel.
