Big O Tires Stores Recognized at 2022 Awards Banquet

Store of the Year

For the first time since the pandemic began, Big O Tires employees came together for the franchise’s annual awards on April 2, 2022, at the Lodge of the Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Mo.

“It was fantastic to get everyone together again for the first time in over two years,” says Charlie Alexander, senior director of Big O Tires. “All of our store teams were represented and there was great energy in the room.”

The event honored individual Big O Tires stores and managers that demonstrated fiscal and operational success. Awards were presented for 28 categories, and the Branson, Mo., store was recognized as the MFA Petroleum Store of the Year.

“We had an excellent 2021 fiscal year and we are off to a great start again in 2022,” Alexander says. “We’ve opened three new Missouri stores in six months—Chillicothe, Springfield (Sunshine Street) and Ozark—which hasn’t been easy, but we are excited about the progress we have made.”
