There’s a new face representing MFA Oil’s business development efforts in the company’s northeast sales district. Andy Sterling joined the cooperative on Sept. 20 and is now working with bulk fuel and propane plants in his territory to increase sales.
Sterling brings more than 10 years of experience in agricultural outside sales to his position as a business development sales representative. Prior to joining MFA Oil, Sterling served as a territory manager for Cordex, which sells twine and netwrap products for hay balers.
“I’m excited to have Andy join our team,” says Bill Marshall, director of business development and APM operations. “I can tell from his outgoing personality that he will fit well with our company, and he’s already hit the ground running. He’s a lifelong resident of northeast Missouri and should serve that territory well.”
Sterling lives in Macon, Mo., and graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural science.
