We want to thank everyone at MFA Oil for the great service you always provide us. We especially appreciate Kelley Wertin who regularly calls to arrange convenient propane delivery for us. A few days ago when she called our propane level was getting very low but our long and hilly driveway was covered with ice and snow and we couldn’t get our tractor started to plow it. I told Kelley we tried to shovel it but had to give up. The next day Kelley and her husband came and plowed it all! We now have a full tank and peace of mind to get through the extremely cold days ahead. To our surprise Kelley refused any payment for their kind efforts. We’ve never experienced such an amazing example of customer service! There’s no doubt we’ll be MFA customers for life and will recommend your business every chance we get.
