MFA Oil announces it has promoted Karalee Brown, Mandy Budgett and Dawn Tyler to the position of senior customer service representative. They will provide training and support for the implementation of phase 3 of New Dawn to other BP/LP employees within their respective regions.
“All three of these ladies have shown high levels of performance, enthusiasm, attention to detail and a willingness to adapt in our changing environment,” says Kenny Steeves, vice president of bulk and propane plant services. “As they take on their new responsibilities, they will continue to perform the local CSR duties.”
Brown has worked for MFA Oil 16 years at the plant in Cuba.

“I was proud to hear that Karalee was selected to become a senior CSR,” says Butch Burlbaugh, who manages the southeast district. “She is well-organized, very knowledgeable and more than capable of handling the additional duties. Karalee has a true desire to assist others and I have no doubt she will do a great job in her new role.”
Budgett has been with the company for a year, working from the Maysville plant.
“Mandy has proven to be a quick learner who is adaptable and can handle change,” says Michael Whitney, manager of the northwest district. “She is well-received by her coworkers as well as our customers. Mandy’s positive attitude and attention to detail make her a great choice for the senior CSR position.”

Tyler joined MFA Oil in April 2006, beginning at the plant in El Dorado Springs before moving to the Nevada plant.
“Dawn has been instrumental during the New Dawn phase 2 training as well as training the new hire CSRs in our district,” says Luke Fitzpatrick, west central district manager. “She is always willing to help the other CSRs and managers with any issues that come up. I’m glad to have Dawn on the west central team.”
The addition of Brown, Budgett and Tyler to the senior CSR ranks brings the current total to five. Sarah Fuehring and Chris Threlkeld were promoted to the position in November. Additional senior CSRs are expected to be announced soon to cover the remaining sales districts.
